54What's wrong with people?
Im sure you all are aware of the koran being burnt by an american minister a short while ago, and now, as a result, 20 UN workers have been brutally murdered in Afghanistan.
What the hell is wrong with people? For a start, how can you possibly justify brutally murdering people in retalliation to the burning of a piece of paper? And if you know this is probably going to be the response, then why on earth would you go ahead and burn the book?
The problem here lies on both sides. It lies with the moronic minister who burned the book, and it also lies with all the sadistic, barbaric people who committed murder in retalliation.
I also think that the religion itself is also to blame. When you brainwash people with unfounded beliefs such as ones that require you to shun people or societies that dont share your belief, then there will be problems.
While the guy who burned the book and the guys who committed the murders are at fault, they are at fault because of their unfounded beliefs.
I say all religion should be banned unless it can be proven.

If your interested I will give you an address of a good web page to read about Jesus, not religion. It took me a whole year to read, it helped me a lot in what to believe.

Religion and proof don't go in the same sentence.
If something is proven, it won't be religion(ous).
If something is religious, it can't be proven.
The communists tried to get rid of religion, but, well, we all know how that turned out, don't we?

I have read many historical documents about Jesus and his life according to various authors. Of course, none of those could demonstrate him to be the son of god.
You see, the problem with old documents that were written by "some guy" is that they cannot be reied upon. Especially when the claims are of extraordinary significance.
